The soul body is the first of our ten bodies in Kundalini yoga. It’s your eternal inner light and connection with the natural world and Spirit. It is at once part of the greater whole and an expression of the greater whole complete within you.
“You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.” — Rumi
Your soul body can be a guide for living authentically, aligned with your personal life’s purpose. It reminds you to listen to the wisdom of your heart over your mind and intellect alone.
As we move into the heartfelt month of February, connect with your soul body, your drop of ocean that lives in your heart with this meditation. Pair it after this season’s Sadhana practice or try it on its own.
If you’d like to more deeply connect with yourself, consider hypnotherapy to go deeper.
