Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here. Let’s help you live an intentional life filled with energy and balance. Because you’re here for a reason….

Are you feeling stuck?

  • feeling overwhelmed or stressed
  • dealing with chronic pain, trauma or bad habits
  • tired of having constant low energy, being unclear about your next move or self doubt
  • encountering the same relationship or communication issues over and over
  • feeling depressed, anxious or needing to control everything…

These are all symptoms of something deeper.

There are so many ways we unconsciously hold ourselves back from living life fully. Dis-ease doesn’t have to be acute to be powerfully disruptive in your life.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

By working with your subconscious in hypnotherapy, you can move into a space of healing and growth.

Together, we’ll…

1. Step beyond the conscious mind

Using hypnotherapy, we’ll delve into the root causes of your dis-ease or “stuckness” – not chase symptoms.

2. Pull out weeds

We’ll remove negative patterns, unprocessed emotions and trauma, self-doubt and any blockages that keep you from flourishing.

3. Plant intentional seeds

We’ll explore your inner wisdom so you can live a life of purpose and allow your conscious goals to sprout.

4. Fertilize and let in the sun

Your aligned, healthy and radiant self can finally blossom and continue to grow into a life you love.

Why tend your Innermost Garden

The experiences you have in life plant tiny seeds in the garden of your subconscious mind.

These seeds sprout into your (often unconscious) beliefs, emotions, habits and reactions, skills and parts of your personality.

As your garden grows thicker, the plants start to filter out sunlight or raw experiences, deciding what and how your conscious mind receives them.

Your subconscious shapes your experience of life.

Over time, your inner garden might become overgrown with the weeds of negative thoughts, past actions, repressed emotions and stored experiences.

These weeds crowd out the essence of your being, aspiring to bloom.

When your inner garden is neglected, it can make you feel stuck, anxious, lost or even manifest as physical illness.

Let’s tend to it.

In an unspoken dance, nature restores itself to a healthy balance.

The same is true when we use hypnotherapy to nurture the innermost garden of your subconscious mind.
